They can be highly rewarding to their members and to society as a whole, but there are also significant problems and dangers with them. It’s not fair that those families have to go through all that just to be with their loved ones. The government also has a very large part in immigration because they can control who can come to our country and who cannot. In the end they make the final decision and sometimes that diction is the wrong one. Sometimes the government lets terrorist into our country not knowingly but then leaves future scientist and Nobel Peace Prize Winners out of the country. We need to reevaluate our choices on who comes into our country. Sometimes we make the wrong choices and separate families because of fear of terrorism in which we are wrong most of the time. Instead of our government kicking people out and not letting them in we should be helping them into our country legally with quicker approval because the waiting list and line it’s far too long. The government also loses money when they don’t let immigrants in the states who want to work and take little paying jobs to support their families. The future of our economy depends on hard working Americans that are trying to make a decent living. Most of them work a 9-5 everyday with little room for rest because they have another job to go too. Most of these hard working Americans are in fact illegal immigrants who are working under the table with little pay even though they are working harder than most Americans. Those immigrants are doing all the jobs that most of us do not want to do because they don’t pay nearly enough and that goes for every race. What we don’t realize is that if we took all the illegal immigrants out of work our economy will be devastated they hold a great percentage of our working people. It’s sad to say that most foreigners work harder than some Americans for less pay and more difficult lower jobs. The real question here is if we should let immigrants into our country but history has said it before, we are all immigrants unless we have Native American blood line in which only a few of us have. So we have no real right to say who should be in our country because we ourselves are outsiders and took this land from the natives not too long ago. If you have hundreds of thousands of people who are willing to work why not let them work? It will boost our economy and bring more voters in the U. S. so it’s great for politics as well. In my opinion I think immigration reform is needed because I myself am not from this country but it took hard work to get where I am now. There are also many other hard workers besides me that are not from this country but would want to be.

What would follow in the next 14 months, even Clinton’s most adamant critics couldn’t have predicted. It all began with Clinton’s now infamous words; “I have never had sexual relations with that woman, Monica Lewinsky.'; Several videotapes, sapeanas, and cigar jokes later, the American public found out that he did, indeed, had sex with that woman. Many were outraged, many thought it was his personal business, and many just didn’t care. The nation became divided on what actions should be taken against a popular president that had just admitted to lying to his public and possibly lying under oath. Every constitutional scholar had an opinion about what constituted high crimes and misdemeanors. The 146th congress had to determine that for themselves, and in early January of 1999, William Jefferson Clinton was impeached. As the focus then turned to the Senate, many debates arose. Did the President’s sexual indiscretion deserve to get him removed from office? Other options such as censorship were debated, but whether or not other options could even be discussed brought disagreement. In the end, the Senate voted against removing Clinton from office, but whether that will be the last of this matter, only time will tell. Fifty years from now, when our grandchildren are learning about our 46th President, what will the books say? Will they explain how his moral hypocracy divided a country? As a member of our United States armed forces, I find it hard to respect a man who can so easily lie to his citizens, deny responsibility for his actions, and expect the public to forgive and forget with no real repentance. It is a sad time for our country when parents can’t even use the head of state as a role model for their children. As a result of Clinton’s actions, his every decision is questioned for fear that he is just covering us another lie. Can Americans rely on Bill Clinton to make the best choices for our country when we don’t even trust him?

Rebellion can be described as defiance of anything authority, control, or tradition. In this case Montag plans to rebel against control. Bradbury uses tone to characterize Faber and Montag’s rebellion as futile because Faber does not want to help Montag with his plan. Ray Bradbury uses tone to explain how Montag’s plan becomes useless because Faber does not believe in his plan. Montag went to Faber’s house to tell him about how they should rebel against burning books â€Å"Mr. Montag, you are looking at a coward. I saw the way things were going, a long time back. I said nothing. I’m one of the innocents who could have spoken up and out when no one would listen to the ‘guilty,’ but I did not speak and thus became guilty myself. And when finally they set the structure to burn the books, using the firemen, I grunted a few times and subsided, for by them. Now it’s too late†, the tone sounds as if Faber does not believe that Montag’s plan becomes useless because the citizens in their world are accustom to not having books and not speaking up for what is right. Bradbury uses tone to display how Montag’s rebellion becomes useless because he has no one who will rebel with him. This tone happens when Montag tries to tell Faber his plan. â€Å"Not if you start talking the sort of talk that might get me burnt for my trouble. The only way I could possibly listen to you would be is somehow the fireman structure itself could be burnt. Now if you suggest that we print extra books and arrange to have them hidden in firemen’s houses all over the country, so that seeds of suspicion would be sown among these arsonists, bravo I’d say! † (pg. 81) When Bradbury writes â€Å"Burnt for my trouble†, the tone sounds like Faber was not willing to risk his life for the rebellion against books being destroyed. Ray Bradbury uses tone to point out how Montag’s rebellion will be futile because who he came to for help (Faber) does not even want to help him; he just points out the negative things of rebelling. This tone happens when Montag was telling Faber, the people that might be able to help. † Can’t trust people, that’s the dirty part you and I and who else will set the fires? †(pg. 83) When Bradbury writes â€Å"Can’t trust people†, the tone sounds like Faber believes citizens not being able to be trusted revels that the rebellion will be unsuccessful and should not be done. Ray Bradbury uses tone to show how Faber believes the rebellion will have an unsuccessful ending. In his writing he demonstrates how Faber states things that make Montag’s rebellion very useless. He also shows how Faber shows unwillingness to risk his life just to save books and the idea in books. Also how Faber feels it is too late to try to change the burning of the books. Bradbury writes about rebellion because he does not believe in banning books and believes that people should be aware of all aspects of life. Meaning he revels through his character’s development that the world he lives in needs transformation.
